A little bit about my background, expertise, qualifications and goals...
Background: I'm a full time Realtor who serves the
Lake Conroe, Conroe, Montgomery, and Woodlands areas of Montgomery County Texas... Helping people learn about our area so they can make informed and intelligent decisions when buying and selling their personal properties is my specialty; working with investors to find the right properties that will maximize their cash flow and equity positions is also something that I also consider myself very proficient at. Helping people locate and ascertain Lake Conroe homes for lease is also one of my fortes; I have worked hand in hand with one of the largest property management companies on Lake Conroe on almost a hundred lease transactions in the last few years alone. Before entering the field of real estate 7 years ago I worked in marketing and advertising for over 20 years; this has helped my business in more ways that I could have ever imagined through innovative marketing strategies that ultimately help my clients in obtaining their goals. I enjoy living here in Lake Conroe with my wife and two sons where we have numerous activities that keep us busy, as well as being involved with many community events around the area. I like the fact that I am able to work where I live as it keeps me up to date on what's going on around Montgomery and Lake Conroe, this also allows me to pass along important info to the people I work with. My oldest son recently graduated from the exemplary Montgomery School District with honors; he is currently employed at the April Sound Country Club where he hopes to be a chef someday. My wife stays busy volunteering, helping me run my real estate business, and watching over our youngest son and home.
Expertise: There is certainly more to selling Lake Conroe real estate than opening a few doors and letting people walk through a home. Knowledge of the local real estate market would have to rank towards the top; knowledge about properly marketing property for sale, properly writing and negotiating contracts, as well as having connections with other professionals involved with the home buying and selling process would also rank very high. I have spent countless hours over the years keeping on top of our local market as it pertains to real estate, which at the end of the day is really the best value that any real estate agent can offer to their clients. That along with my proven negotiating skills have made and saved my clients thousands of dollars through hundreds of transactions for millions of dollars over the years.
Qualifications: I have continued to keep myself educated in the many facets of my business, such as but not limited to knowledge about writing contracts, taking title, properly reading title commitments, sellers disclosures, reading surveys, working with home inspectors, lenders, escrow agents, appraisers, builders, appraisal districts and local home owners associations. I also keep myself up to date by enrolling in numerous real estate related educational courses every year with the most recent information. I am currently a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and the Houston Area MLS.
Goals: My goals are simple;
creating value for my clients. Most people depend on their Realtor to be an expert in their local market areas as well as an advocate to them in their real estate transactions; this is the reason for hiring or working with an agent to begin with! I specialize in selling property in and around the Lake Conroe, Conroe, Montgomery, Magnolia, and Woodlands areas of Montgomery County. Giving back to the community in which I live is also very important to me, therefore I donate a percentage of my commissions to local charities such as the Montgomery County Food Bank, Conroe Women’s Center, St Vincent De Paul, and other worthwhile organizations.
