We were searching for a waterfront home in Lake Conroe for what seemed to be forever to no avail when we were referred to Ray Faragher from a friend who had done business with him in the past. When we told Ray what we were looking for he told us that he would go to work to find it for us as quickly as possible. With in two weeks Ray called us and said that he had something that we might be interested in and set up the appointment for us to go see it. What we found was the home that we are living in now... We had been searching with a few other agents for a long time and could not seem to get anywhere. Ray went the extra mile for us as the home he found was not listed in the MLS, but was rather for sale by owner, so the other agents we were working with could never find it. We commend Ray on his knowledge of the waterfront inventory around Lake Conroe and the extra effort he made by driving through the areas where he knew we wanted to live, otherwise we would have never found our home.

I bought my home through Ray Faragher per chance that I was using his website to do some research about the Lake Conroe area. After doing lots of research online I decided to call Ray and talk with him a bit about my situation. I was coming from out of the area and only had a couple of days to find something, so I really didn't have any time to waste. When I arrived to Ray's office he already had a short list of properties for me to go see, he talked with me about the advantages and dis-advantages of each, then we went to view the homes. I wound up putting an offer on a home that first day then flew back home where I was still living, wondering how all this was going to work out. Ray handled the entire transaction from long distance without a glitch, from finding me a lender, home & pest inspector, title company, as well as the utilities numbers I needed! We were able to close the transaction where I was still living at a local title company, and I had my home ready for my family when we arrived a month later.

I was referred to Ray through a friend of mine that was a past client of Ray's, on account he knew I was looking for a specific kind of home around the Lake Conroe area. I talked with Ray on the phone a few times about what I was looking for and also about some of the activities around the area, my wife also wanted to know about the area hospitals and shopping malls. Ray answered my questions with out hesitation and also gave me web-site links where I could do a little research of my own in the odd hours that I keep. Ultimately we met up and only had to look at a few properties before finding the one we knew we had to have. Ray negotiated the deal and handled all of the details which took a lot of the stress/pressure off of us so we could focus on the move we were about to make. Thanks for all your help finding me my lease house. As you know I was finding a very hard time finding anyone to help me before we had met. (I guess us people just looking to rent aren't very important to the general real estate agent) I really appreciate your help in finding me the right home and for taking care of the lease, with out you I don't know where I would be.
